Discover the role that Wesleyan played in the Cincinnati Underground Railroad’s “Escape of the 28” and hear the stories of numerous Freedom Fighters buried here. Wesleyan is the final resting place for: veterans who had served in wars dating back to the Revolution, the first Cincinnatian appointed as Physician/Surgeon General, two documented abolitionists, and black Civil War veterans who courageously served as Union soldiers fighting for freedom from slavery. Join us as we trace these and other Little Known Big Stories of those buried here and how they shaped our history. No pets please. Parking available on Colerain Avenue.

For ages 12 and above, NOT stroller accessible, NOT wheelchair accessible, NO restrooms available, Program happens (light) rain or shine -- if storms on Saturday then programs will happen at same times on Sunday. NO pets.
