World Water Monitoring Day Festival

Join us on the plaza at Newport on the Levee in front of Newport Aquarium to kick off World Water Monitoring Day! Enjoy live music, encounters with aquatic animals and Ohio River fish. Stop at our water chemistry station and test water samples from the Ohio River or look through a microscope to identify unique aquatic insects. Participants will receive a water quality score for the Ohio River, free goodies, and learn about ways to get involved in protecting our local waterways!
