Experience the pawpaw, officially named Ohio’s native fruit in January 2009. Taste the exotic fruit loved and enjoyed by George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Daniel Boone, and Mark Twain. Cake and cookie samples also available. Meet the “experts” (local growers) and explore educational exhibits. Learn the history of this pioneer crop and discover its modern day possibilities.
