Join Ohio Kentucky Indiana Cachers (O.K.I.C.) for an introduction to the exciting outdoor hobby of Geocaching, a combination of treasure hunting and hiking. Caches are hidden in various locations and cachers use GPS Global Positioning Systems) equipment and physical coordinates (longitude and latitude) posted on the World Wide Web to pinpoint caches. Dress for a walk of moderate difficulty and duration. Bring drinking water and wear comfortable shoes or boots. Then, team up with seasoned cachers and hit the trail! Meet near the entrance to the Doe Run Nature Trail.
